Digital products
Digital products (training programmes, guides and entries) are delivered immediately after confirmed payment. Because they can be copied, refunds are generally not available once delivered. If a product is faulty, does not download, or does not match its description, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right.
Physical products
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, unwashed and in original packaging. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Coaching & services
Coaching is delivered as a service. Cancellation and rescheduling policies are confirmed in your coaching agreement before you commit.
How to request a refund
Contact us through the contact page with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 business days where the payment provider allows it.
Consumer rights
These terms do not limit your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act where it applies.
